Since 2024, JADDE has partnered with the Resilience Accelerator in Sderot - part of the Resilience & Health Innovation Hub Sderot. The accelerator is designed to support early-stage Israeli startups focused on resilience: personal, community, municipal and national.
In its initial cycle (2024), the program accelerated six startups. The accelerator offers a full support package: mentoring, business development, product design, investor connections, and a “demo day” to pitch solutions for real resilience challenges.
The model blends lived experience and tech, using the environment in Sderot as a “real-world laboratory” to develop tools and platforms that respond to mental-health, crisis management, community preparedness, safe-city initiatives and more. By 2025, the program expanded its international exposure: a delegation of Sderot-based startups traveled to Duisburg, Germany, where they presented their resilience solutions to municipal officials, industry & public-service stakeholders, paving the way for global collaboration.
